Joint Israeli-Palestinian Projects

On February 24-25, 22 Jordanian and Palestinian journalists will take part in a two-day seminar at the Foreign Ministry conducted jointly by the Ministry’s Press Division, the Middle East Department and the Center for International Cooperation (MASHAV), at which they will meet with senior Foreign Ministry officials. The seminar is part of a MASHAV course on communications in Israel being held at the International Institute at Beit Berl.

A graduation ceremony will be held on Wednesday, 25.2.98, at the Foreign Ministry, hosted by Foreign Ministry Director-General Eytan Bentsur. The Deputy Minister for International Planning and Cooperation of the Palestinian Authority will attend. Also attending the ceremony will be Jordanian jurists who participated in the course at Beit Berl.

MASHAV plans to conduct an additional 25 courses this year on various subjects for representatives from Middle Eastern countries and the Palestinian Authority.
