|FM Peres to visit Peru

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Shimon Peres will travel to Peru on July 27 (Thursday night) to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new President of Peru, Alejandro Toledo.
In the course of his two-day visit to Peru, Foreign Minister Peres will meet with the Heads of State of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica and El Salvador.
The inauguration ceremony will take place in Lima, the capital of Peru, at the ancient site of the Incas (Machu Picchu), in accordance with the decision of President-elect Alejandro Toledo.
