Hannukah Candle Lighting Ceremony with Russian MASHAV Trainees

Eighty trainees from Moscow will participate tomorrow (December 11) in the Closing Ceremony of Courses held by MASHAV, the Center for International Cooperation of the Foreign Ministry.

The closing ceremony will be attended by Russian trainees who arrived in Israel to participate in two management courses relating to projects for disabled children. The ceremony will include the lighting of candles to mark the Jewish Festival of Hannukah. The event will take place at the International Center of the Beit Berl Institute of Education, in Kfar Saba. The courses were held in cooperation with Beit Berl. Guests attending the event will include Foreign Ambassadors, the Director of the Moscow Municipality Training Foundation, and representatives of the Foreign Ministry and the International Center.
