Slovak Prime Minister and Defense Minister arrive in Israel on a three-day official visit.

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and Defense Minister Frantisek Kasicky will arrived today (18 Mar) on a three-day official visit to Israel. 

They will meet with Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tzipi Livni as well as with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Vice Premier and Minister for the Development of the Negev and Galilee Shimon Peres, Acting President Dalia Itzik, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Amir Peretz and the families of the abducted soldiers.

They will attend a wreath laying ceremony at the Yitzhak Rabin memorial in Tel Aviv, and will also visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial in Jerusalem. Their visit to the Old City of Jerusalem will include a visit to the Western Wall and a tour of the Western Wall tunnels.
