Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tzipi Livni sharply condemns the 2 June 2008 terrorist attack on the Danish Embassy in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad, expresses her sorrow over the loss of life and identifies with the Danish Government’s steadfast position in the war on global terrorism.

"Regrettably, this terrorist attack joins a long list of others directed at civilian targets and the democratic fabric of life, and which also harm those moderate circles in all religions that champion cultural dialogue," the Foreign Minister said.
