FM Livni expressed Israel’s condolences on the murder of Ecuador volunteer by a Palestinian sniper in the fields of Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha last week.

Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tzipi Livni spoke today (Tuesday 22 January) with the Foreign Minister of Ecuader, María Isabel Salvador, and officially expressed the State of Israel’s condolences over the murder of Carlos Andrés Mosquera Chávez who was killed by a Palestinian sniper from the Gaza Strip as he was working in the fields of Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha on the 15th of January.

FM Livni described to her counterpart the daily routine with which the residents of the region must deal with, and the need for determined action against this threat.
