Thirteen IDF soldiers killed and 7 wounded in IDF operations in Jenin

In the early hours of this morning, thirteen IDF reserve soldiers were killed, a soldier was critically wounded, another soldier moderately wounded and five others lightly wounded in the course of IDF operations in the Jenin refugee camp.

The families of the fallen soldiers have been notified.

The wounded soldiers were evacuated to hospital for medical treatment.

An IDF patrol by reserve soldiers was ambushed during operations in the refugee camp. The ambush included the use of explosive devices that were detonated against them, as well as gunfire directed against the soldiers from the rooftops of the surrounding buildings.
