French Foreign Minister to Visit Israel

FM Silvan Shalom met in Jerusalem with French FM Dominique de Villepin (May 25)
The Foreign Minister of France, Dominique de Villepin, will arrive in Israel on Sunday, May 25, for a working visit.
This is the Minister’s second visit in Israel. During his stay, he will conduct diplomatic meetings with his host, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom.
During the visit, Ministers Shalom and de Villepin will inaugurate the High-Level Committee for the Promotion of Franco-Israeli Bilateral Relations, which will convene on Monday, May 26, with the purpose of formulating a working plan for the strengthening of ties between the two states in diverse realms.
