This week, three new ambulances, equipped with a variety of medical equipment, were delivered to the Gaza Strip via Kerem Shalom Crossing

The ambulances and equipment were a donation from the German branch of the Red Cross. COGAT representatives and officers from the Gaza Coordination and Liaison Administration worked with the ICRC offices in Israel to approve and coordinate the entrance of the donation to Gaza.

The medical equipment donated by the German Red Cross included long and short spinal boards, foldable stretchers, stair compatible wheel chairs, stethoscopes, finger pulse oxymeters, electrical thermometers, and CPR manikins.
