Two IDF soldiers and an Israeli citizen were lightly wounded this afternoon from the rocks thrown upon them during the disturbances which took place in the western entrance to Tul Karm, the northern entrance to Jenin, and within the city of Hebron.
The injured were treated on the premises.
Throughout the disturbances in the above mentioned three locations in the West Bank the Palestinians threw Moltov cocktails and stones at IDF and Border Guard forces, as well as set tires alight.
IDF forces responded to disperse the protests.
To quell the rumors that IDF forces fired “live” rounds throughout the rioting, the IDF Spokesperson emphasizes that after a full investigation it was substantiated that IDF forces did not fire any “live” ammunition.
It must be noted that throughout all of the disturbances there was no effort made by the Palestinian Police to calm the protesters.
