All planes returned safely to base. 12 February 00 Terrorist Killed Near Beaufort Outpost in South Lebanon A terrorist was killed yesterday (11 February) during a battle between the IDF and terrorists near the Beaufort outpost, in the eastern sector of the security zone in south Lebanon. 12 February 00 Israel Files Complaint to Monitoring Group; Terrorist Fire Continues from Within Villages Israel filed a complaint yesterday (11 February) to the Monitoring Group for the Grapes of Wrath Understandings. The complaint was filed over mortar bombs fired by terrorists of the Amal organization two days ago from within the village of Al Mansouri, located north of the western sector of the security zone in south Lebanon. This complaint is in addition to 4 complaints previously filed by Israel and awaiting to be discussed. Israel has yet to announce when it will return to the Monitoring Group discussions. In addition, terrorists fired mortar bombs this afternoon at an IDF outpost and at the villages of Baida and Hamra, located in the western sector of the security zone in south Lebanon. The bombs caused no injuries or damage. During the fire, a funeral for one of the residents was held in the village of Hamra. The fire came from the village of Al Mansouri, located north of the western sector. IDF and SLA artillery returned fire toward the sources of the fire. The IDF seriously views the fire from within villages in the security zone.
