A number of Lebanese citizens crossed the eastern sector of the Israel-Lebanon border this morning (22 September). An IDF force responded with warning fire, and the citizens returned to Lebanese territory. According to the IDF force’s report, the Lebanese nationals were not harmed.
During the day (22 September) Lebanese citizens threw rocks, empty glass bottles and bottles with fluids at IDF forces in the area surrounding the Fatma Gate. In one of the instances, the IDF force responded with warning fire into the air. There were no casualties incurred and no damage was done.
