Senior PFLP Terror Operative Arrested in Nablus

Samer Zubahi Qasam Mabruk, a senior Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terror operative in Nablus, was arrested Tuesday night during a joint IDF (Zahal), ISA and Border Police operation in the Ein Beit Ilma RC.

Samer Zubahi Qasam Mabruk, a senior Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terror operative in Nablus, was arrested Tuesday night during a joint IDF (Zahal), ISA and Border Police operation in the Ein Beit Ilma RC. Mabruc, 30, has been involved in numerous attacks against IDF (Zahal) forces operating in the area. His attacks have included firing upon IDF (Zahal) forces and detonating explosive devices on forces, vehicles and IDF (Zahal) tools, in the Ein Beit Ilma RC.

Majdi, the brother of Samer Mabruk, who is also a senior terror operative in the area, was arrested last February during a Security Forces operation.

During the arrest operation last nigh, two additional wanted men were arrested. Daud Muhammad Abdallah Daud, 41, is a PFLP terror operative who operated together with Samer Mabruk in recent years and took an active part in many shooting and explosive device attacks against IDF (Zahal) forces that were operating in the area. Amjad Mustafa Qasam Mabruk, 42, another PFLP terror operative, was also arrested. Amjad Mabruk has been arrested a number of times in different cases for his activity in different terror attacks.

The wanted men were taken for questioning by security forces.
