Two Israeli Civilians Killed and Nine Wounded In Gush Katif Attack

Two Israeli civilians were killed this morning and nine others wounded – two in serious condition, three moderately and four lightly – from the detonation of an explosive device next to a school bus travelling from Kfar Darom to Gush Katif, in the Gaza Strip.

Five of the wounded are children that were on their way to school in the village of Neve Dekalim.

The wounded received initial medical treatment at the site of the attack and were evacuated to hospital for further treatment.

IDF forces are currently combing the area.

The IDF expresses it deep shock at this barbaric act that was directed specifically against a clearly civilian target.
