One Israeli and three Palestinians were lightly hurt on Saturday (January 7) in a confrontation on Saturday near Burin, south of Nablus. Stones were thrown by both Palestinians and Israeli residents of the area.
The Israeli received initial medical care at the scene and was later transported to Beilinson Hospital. The Palestinians did not require hospitalization. Security forces used crowd dispersal means to end the disturbance.
On Saturday afternoon, around 20 Palestinians threw stones at security forces near the Karmei Tzur community. Security forces responded with crowd dispersal means. The area was declared a closed military zone and the gathering was dispersed.
Also on Saturday, around 15 Palestinians gathered near Iraq Burin, south of Nablus, and threw stones at security forces. Security forces used crowd dispersal means to end the disturbance.
