Following incorrect reports, the Ministry of Health again clarifies that in Beer Sheva, adherence to routine vaccinations at Tipat Halav mother and infant care centers and at schools, as normal, is required.
On the other hand, in Rahat, completion of vaccinations is also being performed for youths and adults.
It is again emphasized that there is no morbidity (illness). Also, there is no contamination of the water system, there is no need to boil water, and there is no campaign to vaccinate the population of Beer Sheva, and any report that states otherwise is untrue.
In the past two days, a false rumor has been spreading in the community about contaminated drinking water. This is absolutely wrong information – Israel’s drinking water system, including that of Southern cities, is continually monitored and supervised in a most thorough manner.
