The Ministry of Health has decided that girls completing 8th grade this year will be able to receive the HPV vaccine against papilloma at the Health Bureaus at the expense of the Ministry of Health, in accordance with the inclusion of the vaccine in the health basket.
  
The Ministry of Health has decided that girls completing 8th grade this year will be able to receive the HPV vaccine against papilloma at the Health Bureaus at the expense of the Ministry of Health, in accordance with the inclusion of the vaccine in the health basket.
 
It was decided by the Health Basket Committee to add the vaccine against the papilloma virus to the routine vaccines for school students. The Ministry of Health is preparing to implement the decision, and starting from the 2013-2014 academic year, the vaccine will be given in the framework of school to all female 8th grade students.
Girls who are studying in 8th grade this year, (2012-2013), will also be able to receive the vaccine in the framework of the health basket at Health Bureaus throughout Israel (starting from September, 2013).
