​An inspection, conducted on October 22, 2012 by the Jerusalem Health Bureau at the "Basar Bakfar" butchery in Abu Ghosh, due to substandard sanitary conditions there.
After meat was found there of untraceable origin, and organoleptic changes, a total of 300 kg of beef were destroyed on the spot.

An inspection, conducted on October 23, 2012 by the Jerusalem Health Bureau at the "Elias" butchery and fishmongers in Jerusalem, following the finding of expired animal meat and products of untraceable origin.
Substandard sanitary conditions were found, and a total of 30 kg of meat were destroyed: 21 kg fowl meat, 8 kg beef, and 1.2 kg salmon (salmon produced by an untraceable source).
