The Ministry of Health again warns against the use of dangerous kiosk-sold drugs, sold to the public under numerous names, such as “Nice Guy”, “Mastulon” and “Mabsuton”

The Ministry of Health again warns that the use of kiosk-sold drugs, sold to the public under a numerous names such as “Nice Guy”, “Mastulon” and “Mabsuton”, is very dangerous, illegal and could cause death. The use of these substances has recently been linked to the death of two persons and to the hospitalization of a number of youths in the Northern and Central districts.

In recent weeks, the Division of Enforcement and Inspection has found that some kiosk-sold drugs are sold to the public after being blended by the distributors with the strong psychiatric medications Doxepin and Venlafaxine. The combination of these psychiatric medications with the synthetic cannabinoids that are present in “Nice Guy” and the like very much heightens the risk that already exists with the use of each substance alone.

We repeat that the use of “Nice Guy” kiosk-sold drugs and the like is very dangerous, illegal and could cause death!

The Ministry of Health and Israel Police are continuing efforts to locate and confiscate kiosk-sold drugs and to prosecute the distributors.
