Lubov (Luba) Puchinsky, owner of the “Sharm Medical Clinic” in Rishon LeZiyyon, is suspected of having masqueraded as a physician and having illegally carried out esthetic treatments
​Following a complaint received by the Ministry of Health’s Division of Enforcement and Inspection, staff from the Division in cooperation with Rishon LeZiyyon police have located a woman called Lubov (Luba) Puchinsky, owner of the “Sharm Medical Clinic” at 24 Negba St., Rishon LeZiyyon. who is suspected of having masqueraded as a physician and having illegally carried out esthetic treatments by means of injections, such as Botox injections and injections of wrinkle fillers. In the framework of her masquerading, Ms. Puchinsky displayed a forged medical license.
During the search in the clinic, a forged medical license in the name of Ms. Lubov Puchinsky, unidentified cosmetic products, medicinal products that are not authorized for marketing and products that are permitted for use only by physicians were seized. On the basis of the findings of the operation, a complaint was lodged with the police.
The Ministry of Health warns the public against esthetic treatments by injection that are not performed by authorized licensed physicians. Details of authorized physicians in Israel can be checked at the website.
