Recently, an indictment was filed in the Military Court of Judea and Samaria charging Juad abu-Kuider with counts of arms possession, manufacturing and dealing.
According to the indictment, the defendant imported two crates containing a large amount of arms, including thousands of knives, electric shockers and a large quantity of different detonators, all of which the defendant attempted to smuggle into Judea and Samaria.
The indictment also reveals that the defendant contacted several Israeli citizens, one of them a resident of Nazareth, who assisted the defendant in ordering the arms from a Chinese corporation. The crates arrived at the port of Ashdod, with the arms hidden under Christmas decorations, and were transported to Afula, where the defendant was arrested with the crates in his possession.
The defendant was remanded until the end of the proceedings.
