​During a routine inspection by the Ashkelon Food Service Health Bureau a laboratory test was conducted a for a product marked as olive oil, which was sampled at the N.A. egg marketing store at 2 Shavei Zion Street in Ashdod. 

A test carried on by the National Laboratory for Public Health in Tel Aviv indicates that the oil is not olive oil, and there is the presence of other vegetable oil in violation of the requirements of the 191 Israeli standard of olive oil, the details of the product are as follows: "Balady, Extra virgin olive oil CKotina Montanan Oil Contents: 1 liter, better to use before 12/2018, produced and marketed by Cortina oil. This manufacturer is unknown to the Ministry of Health, and the matter is under investigation. The Food Service shall take the measures at its disposal in accordance with the findings.
